Return Policy
We hope you love all of your Siesta Loungewear pieces but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We also understand it can be hard when buying over the internet and finding that perfect fit. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) as long as your items meet the below requirements.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.
However we won’t accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or marked in any way including, makeup, fake tan, lotions, perfumes.
All items must be returned with all original tags.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of shipping for your parcel unless it is faulty or damaged.
Siesta Loungewear reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
How do I return an item?
- Print out and fill our refund and exchange form.
- Print the invoice we emailed you.
- Post the parcel via Australia Post to our address.
- Keep the tracking number.
To return, simply send back items within 14 days of delivery date. Make sure you keep the tracking number as Siesta Loungewear is not responsible for loss or damage of items in return transit.
